Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of any data BukoFlow has collected via your Facebook connection, as required by Meta's Platform Terms.
What we store from Facebook
When you connect a Facebook Page to BukoFlow, we store:
- Your connected Page name and Page ID
- A Page access token (used only to publish posts on your behalf)
We do not store your personal Facebook profile data, friends list, or any information beyond what is needed to publish content to your Page.
How to request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Your BukoFlow account email address
- Whether you want to delete only your Facebook connection, or your entire BukoFlow account
What happens next
- We will remove your Facebook connection data (Page ID and access token) within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
- Removing your Facebook connection does not delete your BukoFlow account
- If you request full account deletion, all your data will be removed within 30 days
