Terms of Service

1. The Service

BukoFlow is a social media content automation platform. You can upload media, create branded content, and schedule posts to connected social media accounts. We do not guarantee that posts will be published if a connected platform revokes our API access or changes its publishing rules.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to your registered email address.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership of the media, text, and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties for advertising or marketing.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and schedule for publication.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BukoFlow to:

• Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Resell or sublicence the service without our written consent

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Publishing to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, publishing limits, or content policies. Connecting a social account grants us only the permissions required to publish on your behalf.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes we will give reasonable notice via email or in-app notification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of BukoFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue or missed publication opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand, unless you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protection laws that override this.
